Monroe

This was an investor's project for a renovation of a 1928 duplex cottage. The whole house was gutted from foundation to ceiling. A new floor plan was created to turn it into a three bedroom two bathroom home. This includes new flooring, walls, ceilings, kitchen, bathrooms, lighting fixtures, doors, windows, and a small deck. Through this process, the focus remained on respecting the small farmhouse character of the cottage.
